Suite Escape (These prices go into effect Oct. 1, 2019)

5x4 - $85 ($25 for each additional dog)

5x6 - $125  ($25 for each additional dog)

10x6 - available. Please email us for pricing and availability.

 

Hourly charge for overnight pick up after 12pm.

• $17 - first hour
• $5 - for each additional hour
• $42 - 6+ hours - (second dog 50% off)

 

Overnight Cancellation Fees -

• 3 days prior to the start of an overnight: no cancellation fee
• 24 hours prior to the start of an overnight: $100
• Day of the start of an overnight: $200

 

HOLIDAY Overnight Cancellation Fees:

• 3 days prior to the start of an overnight: no cancellation fee
• 24 hours prior to the start of an overnight: $200
• Day of the start of an overnight: $300

 

All reservations require a credit card on file.

 

Policies

If your pup attends daycare at any of our locations they will be attending daycare at Crate Escape Charlestown. They will have full access to our outside space throughout the day.

 

For Suite Escape clients/Non daycare clients, your pup needs to pass an evaluation before attending daycare during their stay with us. Once they pass their trial, your pup will be in daycare and will have full access to our outdoor space.

 

If you are a client of another location and your pup has not attended daycare there in 90 days, you must complete an evaluation at Suite Escape before your overnight reservation.

 

Why we do it better…

• 24-hour supervised care
• Premium raised beds. We highly encourage clients to bring their dog's own bedding for the comfort of their dog.
• We offer one-on-one time for individual dogs. This might include walks, play time with an attendant, enrichment activities (snuffle mat, frozen kong, ball pit, agility, etc) and outside time. We are happy to consider special requests if time allows for extra care.
• Pet Relaxation Music
• Special air exchanger for fresh air in the facility
• Specialty cleaning products to keep your pups safe and healthy
